NON SURGICAL CHIN ENHANCEMENT

Botox: a dimply chin or a chin that appears like an orange peel (peu d’ orange) can look weird or ugly especially when the person is talking. Botulinum toxin can be given into the chin muscle called the mentalis muscle to reduce this pebbly or popply or dimply chin. This is a lunchtime procedure, it barely takes 10 minutes to complete the treatment, results are seen within 3 to 4 days. There are no scars, no telltale signs.  The effect lasts for 4 to 5 months only and one has to repeat the injections as the effect begins to wear off.

Fillers: As we age, collagen fibers begin to degenerate. An unhealthy lifestyle, smoking, stress, sun exposure add to the degeneration of collagen. The bone degenerates too. Volumising the cheek and chin with hyaluronic acid fillers help to correct the downturned lip corners as well as augmenting the chin to give it better definition synchronous with the rest of the face.

Hyaluronic acid fillers: Juvederm Voluma, Restylane Lyft, Boletero Volume
